Location was good. Easy to get taxi in the morning. Near shopping area and airport. Lots of restaurants around. Can order takeaway from the chicken and beer restaurant opposite. However, the toilet glass door has a gap. Water at the sink also flows down slowly. The water keeps pooling at the sink. Chairs are also stained. There's a 7eleven on the 2nd floor. Price is the same as that of the 5day market if you are looking for souvenirs. Bout 10,000 won a box. Only place where I found English tea.

At the check in literally no information about the room! We had to come to ask a few things. Bathroom was dirty especially toilet bowl which I cleaned myself a bit more. We were at the top floor and my god it was noisy!!! They were some kind of washing machine noise or AC fan on the whole night probably from the roof. Never ever will I stay on this hotel again.

Service staff was rude. We just got there and asked if about the check in but they scrabbled around with their computer and acting really busy, not looking up for a question. When answering, he gave a really black face like we owed him. Really bad attitude. Unable to leave our luggage safely with them, they just told us to leave it on the side with no tracking no care. Room was quite small, hard to walk around with our luggage open. Add a few more dollars and you get better service few blocks away.

Kind of disappointed with the hotel’s amenities and vicinity. The basement carpark is very small and limited. Wasn’t very please with the carpark attendant on how he directs the car. But other than that the staffs were helpful and friendly, they’re able to communicate well in English. The location was good and close to KyoChon 1991!
