Revoir
Let me tell you all about this hotel that I recently visited - it was an absolute splendour! The exquisite architecture and stunning interiors of this old hotel have been maintained so beautifully, you'll feel like you've been transported to a different era altogether.
However, during peak hours, the main entrance can get a bit crowded, especially if you're travelling by car. But once you're inside, the warm greeting you receive will make you feel right at home.
While I was there, I couldn't help but notice that they tend to treat foreigners on a different level, which is a bit disappointing. But don't let that bring you down because the service is generally great. Though, there were a few instances when they failed to meet my expectations, which can be quite frustrating.
Now, let's talk about the food - it was simply delicious! The China Kitchen, in particular, is a must-visit for all foodies out there. Their authentic Chinese cuisine is simply out of this world! I highly recommend trying their super-fresh Mango Pudding - it's like nothing you've ever tasted before.
To top it all off, one of the servers surprised me with a thank you note and a cupcake - such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that really made my day. Overall, this hotel is definitely worth a visit.

If you haven’t stayed at this hotel then you are definitely missing out. Lobby is grand and very beautiful. Stuff at front desk was kind, accommodating and very welcoming. They took good care of us. Room on the other hand very spacious, clean and modern and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Lots of options and very fresh. My only complaint was that the waiting staff at breakfast. They never paid attention to our table but always asked other table for the orders. We finally had to get the manager to put in our order but even that didn’t work. But overall do not skip this hotel. It’s definitely worth the money.

Beautiful location, beautiful view and value for money 5* hotel nestled in the capital city of Delhi. It is one of largest 5 stars hotel in ?? with more than 1000 rooms. The area of Hyatt Delhi is centrally located near to high profile area of Chankyapuri Delhi. The designs of the hotel is something great one can find apart from delicious foods, hospitality and spacious rooms. Just go n enjoy what is beauty nestled here. Enjoy

I wish I could give a zero rating. While the staff is accommodating, the room that I was given was dilapidated - from room cleanliness to electric outlets not working, the room conditions are deplorable. I had to change the room thrice during my 2 day stay. Need I say more?
Hyatt has updated everything when it comes to hotel infrastructure except for the rooms. I never expected the property to be like this. They charged a whopping amount for a below average room which I think is just a rip-off. I believe a 3 star hotel would have better cleanliness standards than Hyatt.

Good location but very poor service. Staff are trained to fight with customers and not deliver on promises. Front desk staff and managers do not care about feedback. Rooms have many issues that go unfixed during staff. With so many hotels around don’t bother here unless you are airline crew and forced to stay here or it’s very cheap.
Lounge is nice and staff there easily best at the hotel.
