Convenient location near the airport rail link station. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Granted that its not a new hotel but the view from the observation decks and restaurants can't be beat. Breakfast buffet has a decent spread and food quality. Would be good if they can upgrade their plumbing / ventilation system as the smell from the sewerage does get into the bathroom so be sure to close the door so the smell doesn't get into the room. However the smell gradually clears when you turn on the taps/shower so it's not really an issue for us.

Great! Room had a great view. The restaurants are at the highest floors(77-78) & had great 360 degree views. The observation deck was very nice. Revolving deck was a nice experience to see the whole bangkok city. Breakfast buffet was splendid! Absolutely loved the stay!

Incident-1 We booked a shuttle for 4 PM to Airport link as we had lot of luggage, driver was in-front of us at 4PM but did not say a word and upon checking with the guard he pointed us to the same driver and now the driver said it is 4:05 shuttle is already gone Incident-2 Check-In time is 2 PM, and we were asked to wait for an hour upon questioning to the front desk employee (Mr. Van) he said check in means we already took your details but room will be given after 1 hour. All this is because they are charging 200 baht for every hour if you want to extend, so people do not leave the rooms who have flights later but then what about those who have already paid.

Had a wonderful one night stay here. I wish we stayed longer. The staff are very friendly and efficient. From fast check in, to bookings for the airport train shuttle and restaurant. We were early for check in, so our luggage was taken care of and we were looked after very well. Our room was huge and spotless (presidential suite) with excellent facilities and amazing views. The other rooms are also huge and excellent value. The hotel has a fantastic buffet breakfast with delicious food catering for all tastes. Highly recommended (even if you are not staying in the hotel). The highlight of our stay was dinner at the sky box. Very high quality food and exceptional service. Great pool, mini golf and health club too. I am already planning my next trip to Bangkok and the baiyoke will be my first choice.

We booked this hotel because of the view. We were in 70th floor and we can see all Bangkok from our room which is really impressive. We spent lots of time gazing at the huge window we had in our room. Other than that the room itself was so dated. Furniture is old lighting is so dull. Also we found some insects in the room I. The first day. But afterwards there was no insects I think because of good housekeeping. It a gem because of the height and the great location but it really need renovation.
