This place was an amazing hotel to vist, the modern and luxurious look took my breath away. The service was very slow. The hotel room was clean and hygienic. The location was well placed, close to all the tourist attractions. Sadly the food was terrible, the pancakes were as hard as a rock, the cakes were all under cooked and the menu was basic.

Beautiful hotel with a great lunch buffet that included non spicy choices. Biggest complaint is the light switches in the room. They made no sense. The switches on the right side of bed didn't control any lights. The ceiling light on right side was controlled by a switch on the left side. Master control was also on left. A lot of switches didn't seem to go to any lights. Labels might help. Good wifi but limited devices. We took rickshaws to be closer to the Ganges and evening events.

I am giving 5 stars because of the service this hotel provided. I was feeling sick and didn’t have much energy to try and find a charger as it can be a huge hassle as a foreigner. The woman at the front desk went above and beyond to help me. She ended up having one hotel staff help me obtain a charger. Thank you to her! I also appreciated all the room service options at this moment. ?

Giving a one rating since there is no option for negative rating. The worst hotel I have stayed at. Do not get scammed by the website. High rates with rooms like a one star hotel interiors. Exterior looks fancy. Dirty sheets and flooring is wobbly. The showers don’t work, and no hot water for shower. Run by so called people who calls this a 3 star hotel.

The worst experience we had visited this hotel Genius at the Front Desk is the Discourteous, rude and Uncooperative.
Firstly, despite notifying the hotel in advance about a late checkout, I was l?surprised to be charged extra for it. Clear communication had been made, making this additional fee unwarranted.
Moreover, the state of the rooms was disappointing. They were not as clean as one would expect, raising concerns about the overall hygiene and maintenance standards. This aspect significantly impacted the quality of my stay.
You also will not be treated as a guest if a VIP arrives at the property the staff will not respond to you.
