A great choice to stay. It’s pretty far from the Ghats though. Good service. The food specially was excellent. We stayed 2 nights and both nights we had dinner in their restaurant. Excellent and reasonably priced food (though the pricing is pretty vague)

We enjoyed our dinner, here are many options in the buffet specially the chicken was delicious. All the staff were very caring and helpful and all are trained. Thanks to everyone for your extreme service.

Value for money stay. Very polite and hospitable staff. Exceptional service by chef Hari, as travelling with kids called for customisation of food for them and he was very happy to help her. Shafgufta, one of restaurant staff was always smiling and ready to help us. I would recommend this place.

Rooms size is big & reasonably well maintained ... food is tasty ?. Must visit place is kebab factory ? & enjoy the delicacies with the efficient services of Mr. Sachin who take care of us well .

From the moment of check-in, this hotel got 0 stars. The staff were very rude and practically threw the room key card at me. The room was terrible, very damp and dirty. The hotel itself is very run down and feels a bit like the set for a horror movie. It was not possible to get dinner in the evening because although there were free seats in the restaurant, none of them had been cleared or cleaned. It was a mess. The door also did not lock properly and the safe in the room was not functioning. I checked out at 5.30am the next day and checked in somewhere else. Don’t believe the likely fake 5* reviews….unless you want a not so nice surprise.
