We arrived from Germany with a baby. The location and the room were fantastic. Everything was absolutely perfect. But I would like to emphasize one thing: I have rarely experienced such friendly and helpful staff as in this hotel. Simply wonderful! I wish I could have extended my stay there. Everyone, whether the cleaning team or the ladies and gentlemen at reception, was incredibly friendly and helpful. One day we hung the "do not disturb" sign on the door because we were all very tired, but there was a "care package" hanging on our doorknob, and this bag filled with clean towels and water was a great help. Thank you for that!

Our 2 night stay here was superb. It was our first visit to Jeonju and the hotel is wonderfully located, short walking distance to the Gyeonggijeon Shrine and the main tourist area. Many restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff friendly, professional and helpful (and spoke English). I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is great, walking distance from Hanok village. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our standard room was spacey and clean. Airco, tv and shower was all good. You can hear noise from the corridor, it didn’t bother us but can get noisy in the morning.

To any one who’s planning to visit Jeonju, Korea, this is the hotel you’re looking for. The rooms are clean, neat and beautifully organized. The interior and also the exterior of the hotel are both nice with Vincent Gogh’s painting on the wall. This is by far the best hotel in the city. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Our room had a large drink bottle in the window behind the curtains the cleaner missed as well as a wet towel in the bath. I didn't say anything to reception. The breakfast is only just a breakfast. Staff were friendly. Shower does spray water all over the bathroom. Could hear the people talking in the room next to us. Good location
