The hotel is located right in front of Namcheon Bridge, where you'll find Cheongyeonru, a stunning pavilion that looks even more breathtaking at night. The room was spacious, especially with the added bonus of a terrace and a jacuzzi overlooking the city. The shower pressure was incredible! perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming, but it was nice that the hotel provided fruit, cereal, and milk in the lobby. The big convenience was the café inside the hotel, which offered a variety of options early in the morning, especially helpful since most local establishments don’t open until after 10 am.

The hotel has a great location. It's only across the bridge to Hanok Village. I love our room that overlooks the river. The room is clean and beautiful with a bath tub. The only thing that was dissatisfying and disappointing was the breakfast. As you can see in the photo, it only offered a cheap bread and cereal with almost no beverage - just instant coffee, fake orange juice and water. The morning receptionist was not helpful and no service either.

This hotel is right across the bridge from the hanok village, south side. Spacious, view of the village, quite overall. Could hear the road noise when wet. Simple continental breakfast by the drink mart. The bathroom is clean, spacious. Has huge tub, separate shower and also has a enclosed toilet with bidet. The bed is comfortable, curtain that opens up electronically. You get two bottled water from the refrigerator. The coffee station was very minimal with two packets of instant coffee packet and two tea bags. Even though Google or Naver map doesn't show, there is a G25 convinenience store just east of the hotel.

The rooms are so filthy. :( The bathrobes had so many black hairs in and on it. Also, it smelled really bad. This was the first hotel I had to take a shower with slides on because the entire room didn’t feel clean. The rooms really need proper basic cleaning for once. Rooms facing the streets are quite noisy. Service is not really helpful. Location is the only plus if you’re visiting Jeonju Hanok Village. Still would not recommend.

We checked in late and without much dinner options left in the small town, we asked the staff on duty to help us order food delivery. They were very helpful and accommodating, great service!
