Clean hotel with a great hospitality. Room condition is great and they make up the room every day and the quality is absolutely above and beyond. I tried the breakfast buffet and it was good as well. I recommend this hotel to everyone who travels from North Ameraca. You will get the upscale experience here especially for the price you paid. (Im traveling from CT) Location is also great. You can do so many things within walking distance.

Special thanks to Ms. Grace Jo for her kindness and for upgrading my parents’ room. Their stay was especially comfortable thanks to her thoughtful gesture! ?

everything was brand new and spotless, location was great as it's close by to the Hanok village and nearby shopping area without the crowd/noise. Not too much of a view but it didnt bother me. Hae Sun and the hotel manager were extremely hospitable and helpful. would love to stay there again when im back in Jeonju!
