Great location, just a short walk to Hanok Maeul and many shops around. The outdoor pool is really big and nice, but there’s an extra fee. Breakfast buffet was great—make sure to reserve before 10pm for the discounted price if you’re staying here. Super convenient with three convenience stores nearby (only the GS25 lets you eat inside). Kid-friendly and must get the hanok view!

Pros: The location is great, right across the Hanok village. The room is spacious, comfortable bed, clean and with decent wifi. Cons: There are only 2 elevators in the entire hotel which makes waiting time quite long. The check-in process and overall service need improvement

Awesome location to stay. Great restaurants are all in walking distance and didnt have to drive during 2 night stay. Especially floor is wood/laminate so I could let my kid roam around hotel room.

Probably the best location in Jeonju, regarding Hanok and other Jeonju items. Hotel has great potential, but needs to elevate its services and overall theme. Great cafe and library, but customer service is lacking (not as accomodating at this level).

The staff at the front desk need to reviewed, there understanding of the amenities and surroundings is poor at best and not being so abrupt .THEY REPRESENT THE FIRST FACE OF THE HOTEL! no sleep ROOM 822.aircon at 26C and nobody repaired or acknowledged the problem..front desk staff POOR
