I recently visited this restaurant in Chuncheon and had a fantastic time. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and made an effort to communicate with us in English, which we really appreciated. ?Dakgalbi 14000₩ We ordered the Dakgabi for two people, and it was a delightful dish. The combination of diced chicken, cabbage, and gochujang (Korean pepper paste) created a flavorful taste. It had a mild spice level, making it enjoyable for everyone. They served it with lettuce and raw garlic (self serve), which added a refreshing touch and made the dish less greasy. ?Cheese fried rice 4000₩ After finishing most of the Dakgabi, we decided to try the Cheese Fried Rice. We informed the owner, and he prepared it right in front of us. The fried rice paired perfectly with the remaining Dakgabi, creating a delicious combination. ?Soju 5000₩ To complement our meal, we ordered Soju, as it's a popular choice when enjoying Korean food. The restaurant had a good selection, and the owner recommended a Soju that suited our preferences. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The owner's friendliness and the attentive service provided by the staff made us feel welcome. If you're in Chuncheon and looking for a place with great Korean food and friendly service, I highly recommend giving this restaurant a visit.

Not just good food but the most friendly owners made food for us. Really great vibe to dine in there. Even it's a small restaurant but lots locals visiting when we were there. So glad we found there and had the great dinner time with them.

Hyejeong Chicken Ribs ( Dakgalbi ). The top rated Dakgalbi Restaurant in town. The lady owner working together with her mom & dad was very welcoming & very accommodating too. We had the best meal service ever here at Chuncheon City. Dakgalbi is a Chicken ? dish with cabbage, cheese cooked on a flat pot with Tteok-bokki . Good service & ambiance really enhance one's enjoyment of one's meal

Authentic dakgalbi from its origin, Chuncheon. ✨Dakgalbi @ 14,000 won Spicy stir fried chicken with udon, cabbage and sweet potato which was sweet yet savoury at the same time. Cheese Fried Rice @ 4,000 won Delicious fried rice with cheese wrapped inside for that cheese pull.
