My friend and I stayed at this hotel in early May during the national holidays for 4 days. Firstly, we received a good discount for a long stay. I really liked that the villas have sea views. The hotel is located in a picturesque location next to a beautiful beach. The villas are in good and refreshed condition, the interior is clean and pleasant to stay in. A separate joy is the swimming pool with a magnificent view of the sea. I recommend it in the evening especially!

Its the worst hotel I have ever been. I booked this hotel for 2 night but I changed to another hotel after I check in for 45mins.Not just because of the bad attitude service from the stuff. The room is dirty, when I walk in the toilet there are flies and it smells bad. The bed look dirty and the pillows is stinky, it’s dusty around the floor. The whole room looks old, the swimming looks unclean I do not recommend people to jump in the pool It seems it has never been cleaned. We wanted to drop off our luggage before we check in (it said free luggage storage). When we arrived we asked a man (who seems like the owner) where can we leave our luggage, but he seems like he were busy about cleaning the room. He just pointed at the office and told us to leave our luggage outside of the office, right under the sun, outdoor. I can not believe that is the free luggage storage, I would not book this hotel if I know thats the service. And the owner’s attitude is bad, he never seems welcome, his tone seems annoyed. Also the location of this hotel isnt the closest, there are way more hotel options closer to the beach. I would NEVER book this hotel anymore.

pictures are very very different from the reality of this place. the room was incredibly stinky, the bed was wet and sheets were not clean. bugs everywhere. pool water was greenish, seems the place has never, ever had any maintenance since it opened. the owner said it is because it's rainy season, and that I should have used the de-humidifier. and i paid 470 eur for 3 nights! you can go to Marriott for this price. I know I won't have my money back, as they refused to give me any refund, not even partial even if I left after 10 minutes. but at least the possible guests should know what they will find!

Location is very good, infront of beach and have many restaurants and cafe in walking distance. The view is infront of beach so is very nice. The room are kept warm in winter. The bathroom facility is a little old, pillow is a little old, they only give small towels. Their shower gel and shampoo are okay and provide porridge for everyday breakfast. The room are spacious.

very beautiful place weather was fantastic and the heated pool was very nice to use watching the view. staff were very helpful. we extended one more night cuz there was a last minute deal. Will def. go back if I am ever back in Jeju
