On our first dinner in Busan, our daughter’s boyfriend to us here. This should be the origin store of the chain. Inside the bags were our coats. We first ordered a 4-person set which included all the side dishes, a bow of stone soup and a bow of stone rice. And then we ordered an additional 3-person portions of the meat before the last order at 10pm. It’s standard that the staff would do the barbecue for customers.

Good service and good food

The menu is not complicated. I ordered a set meal for two. The only food here is pork. In addition to the three kinds of meat, plum, pork, and Matsusaka, the set meal for two also comes with a stone pot rice and soybean paste soup. The side dishes and cabbage are all normal ingredients. The best part of Korean barbecue is that you don’t have to do it yourself. The service staff is very delicious and professional, and the meat is fresh and delicious. It is recommended that people who don’t like to queue should stagger the dining time, otherwise they will have to queue for a long time, or they may need to make a reservation in advance, because there are many people during weekday dining time.

念念不忘的韓國烤肉 來玩怎麼能不吃爆 立馬約上推薦的*味贊王鹽烤肉*來嚐鮮 味贊王位在海雲台大街旁的巷內 離海雲站大概5分鐘左右路程 交通、位置都很便利～路癡也找得到 我們沒有韓國號碼無法預約 現場候位的話門口機台登記即可 有中文介面輸入email就可以了 當天前面登記了30多組號碼 但只等了約30分鐘左右～蠻快的 快要到號時歐膩會出來叫號提醒 確認人數後就幫我們安排座位 工作人員服務和態度都很好 還貼心拿了紙圍兜和袋子給我們 完全不用擔心會沾染到衣服和包包 店門面就是道地韓式餐廳風格 上方偌大的招牌倒是很醒目 店內則是木造裝潢與木質桌椅 雖然沒有過多的裝飾擺飾 但多了份家庭餐廳的溫馨感 用餐區空間還也蠻寬敞乾淨的 但桌距之間的安排有些緊密 店內抽風設備不是太好有點悶 不過吃完出來身上沒有太重的味道 味贊王菜單上有中.英.日.韓文 餐點分為套餐或單點模式 依照需求決定自己想要的餐點 而第一次點餐肉品需一次點三份 之後加點就可以一份一份點 另外還有提供～歡樂時光 在12:00-17:00這時段用餐 不但價格上有優惠之外 還有贈送大醬湯和石鍋飯 味贊王鹽烤肉主打14天熟成生肉 那3.5公分厚切的豬五花和梅花肉 看得我兩眼發光口水直流呀！ 店內的肉品都是下單後現切現烤 上桌後會有工作人員幫忙烤肉 完全不用自己動手～超讚 剛烤好的五花肉香氣四溢且油脂豐富 那焦脆的外皮與Q彈軟嫰的肉塊 搭配上生菜、蝦米、泡菜、蒜頭等…. 鹹香鹹香的～一整個好吃到炸掉 而且吃起來也沒有油膩的感覺 熟成生梅花肉烤過後口感軟實脆口 比五花肉清爽一點也比較不油膩 但不管是哪一種肉口感都很棒 只是我更愛他們家的烤豬五花啦? 石鍋飯/大醬湯還可以但沒什麼特別 桌上提供的生菜、小菜都可以免費續點 拿來搭配的烤肉一起吃～超讚 味贊王鹽烤肉真的好好吃 雖然價格貴了些但口感是真的棒 現在回想起來都還念念不忘呢
