The hotel is designed with a chic modern French style. From the initial entrance, check in, stay and check out was wonderful. The staff is definitely ? professional and understanding of excellence. Enjoyable moments was the room had flooring and an area rug under the bed. I do not care for carpets and it's an outdated style. The room was clean and everything was organized. Including the security on the elevator, it would not move unless the patron provided a swipe on their room key. This was an additional enhancement on security. Restaurants in the hotel had a continuous service for patrons, especially the breakfast. It was a pleasure to have a waiter speaking French, as my French speaking husband could have a conversation in his first language. It was a pleasure to stay there and would return.

This was a fantastic hotel. I was there for 5 nights for a conference being held at the hotel. From the moment I checked in with MAC, my stay was fantastic. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Cleaning staff was fantastic every day. They went above and beyond. Bar attendants and the facilities were all updated and very nice. Beds were super comfortable. My only beef, I did not love the coffee served... that's it. This hotel was near the shopping district and other easy to get to areas. I have had to go to Philly many times lately and stayed in different places, but I will be staying here from now on. If you are on the fence about staying here or booking your event here, I am a resounding recommendation for this hotel.

The location was great and the customer service was remarkable and professional. The rooms were very modern with plenty of charging ports available. The bathroom even included a shower plus a bathtub. On the other hand, the beds were on the smaller side, the TV was dated and there was no free breakfast. Overall a great hotel!

The front desk check in process was easy and the staff was kind. The bar and restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. I had the best Greek yogurt bowl for breakfast each morning. The gym was well-appointed with weights and mats and cardio equipment. The hotel room we had was spacious and had a nice bathroom. It was clean except for the air vent in the ceiling which needed a good vacuum. This may have been one reason for why our room felt so hot at night despite being set at 66 F. We had an issue with our safe, but the staff was so quick to fix it. Houeskeeping was friendly and efficient.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Our package included champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries waiting for us upon arrival, which was such a delightful touch. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The service throughout our stay was outstanding—every staff member was warm and accommodating. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast, served right to our room—it was fabulous! Every detail of our stay was perfect, making for an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to return. Thank you for an amazing visit! It was perfect for weekend that included business and pleasure!
