My family of 4 stayed here for the weekend. We had standard expectations and were really impressed with how it went. The service was top notch - quick check in, I lost a key at one point and it was fixed as fast as possible and we were given late checkout that really allowed us to enjoy our time. Everyone that worked there was helpful and friendly and the room was clean and very comfortable. I’d stay here anytime I’m in Philly. Great hotel!

I loved my stay here! My room was very nice and overlooked the city. The hotel has conference rooms, a fitness center, and a very nice lounge area that you can use. It’s also in a great location. After I checked out, the staff held my bags while I explored the city. Highly recommend!

This is definitely a very central hotel. The staff was super attentive. We were a group of about 40 people, including teenagers, and the service was excellent. The continental breakfast was very good. Rooms had kitchenettes, refrigerators, and plenty of space. There's a very cozy second floor for relaxing. Excellent hotel for a return stay.

Room was clean and quiet. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a nice variety of foods. Location is right in the middle of downtown, with a great view of City Hall.
