Great bar service Excellent dinner service and food. Blacken salmon was the best I ever had. Breakfast buffet was only so so. Location was quiet, and only minutes from downtown. Nice location for jogging in the morning along the wharf. We'll lit lights for a stroll at night with boats in the background. Hotel rooms are clean, but plumbing is old and noisy. Will definitely go back again.

Great location for doing the touristy stuff and concerts at Lincoln financial field. Right on the Delaware River so we had a fantastic view! Easy access to the river where there are activities, including WW2 ship and submarine that you can go on, the ferry to Camden, NJ is just a 5 minute walk, and a boardwalk that sold food. The restaurant was very nice with a large breakfast buffet. The only complaint we had was that it took 11 hrs, a phone call to the desk and 2 trips to the front desk to finally get maintenance up to unclog our toilet. Plus, our room didn't get cleaned until 6pm and they took our dirty towels but did not replace them. When i called for more towels they promptly brought 3 big towels, no hand towels or bath mat. Also, we were charged for valet parking even though we self parked and paid at the machine in the garage so check your receipts! I had to go to the desk to have it corrected. Also, I wanted to go in the pool that was advertised as heated, but it was cold and didn't go in. There was an off and on thumping from the plumbing that was annoying. The elevators stopped at every floor at times even though nobody got on or off. We usually don't stay at Hilton because it's expensive but splurged this time. Very disappointed. Only saving grace was the amazing location!!

Hotel was nice, a little dated but nice and I’m the room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Restaurant was amazing and the bar and bartenders were wonderful. Paid for breakfast in advance but still had to go to the front desk and wait in line to get “breakfast vouchers”. Would have been nice if they could just skip that part and look up our info at the restaurant. We didn’t have any bar soap for the bathroom sink and never got any even after asking for it to be brought up to our room. They did bring us more coffee, though. The room view was beautiful. The elevators were awful and took forever. I’m not sure what was going on, but we waited for elevators forever every time we had to go anywhere which was aggravating.

Run down not the best house kept rooms. Found hairs multiple times. No soap for sink. Confusing check in where I had to tell them more about by reservation then they knew? House kept the room very late in the day (didn't think they were coming). The location is great though. Walking distance to the historic district. Great views of the river.

I have been using Hilton for over three years, but my stay here at this hotel was one of the worst I have ever had. First, the A/C was not working correctly in my room, and I reported it twice, but it was never fixed. Secondly, my door did not have the disturbing tag that said do not disturb me, and I reported it to the front desk. They told me they didn't have any more, but they told me not to worry, that no one would bother me during my stay. Every day, a housekeeper came in to clean my room. When I checked out, I complained, and the girl at the front desk told me she was sorry for the problems during my stay and would tell the manager that I would be compensated with points for my problems. Now the manager says she never knew about these problems, so they cannot give me my points, and I don't care about them. I am saying they are liars, and for being a big hotel in a good area, they honestly treated me the worst. I sincerely do not recommend this hotel.
