If I have a friend in town, this is where I would take them! The food, ambiance, service, drinks, everything is top tier. Very unique flavors and dishes that you wouldn't see elsewhere, I love ordering a ton of things and splitting at the table. The pita comes hot, the entrees are so unique and the staff made really nice recommendations. During the day, they have a pastry counter for carry out, looks incredible. Planning my next visit already!

Experience far exceeded our expectations. The food was the most delicious middle eastern food I've ever tasted. Everything was seasoned perfectly. Restaurant is gorgeous inside and the service was wonderful. We thought we were missing out bc we had to dine at the bar instead of a table but we didn't miss anything! Bartender was very attentive and gave great suggestions. Pastries were delicious as well.

First off the space is huge and beautiful, with a very nice open kitchen design. The service was stellar tons of help by the kind staff 10/10 for all of them. The food was excellent. All starters are packed full of flavor and paired with just the perfect pita bread. The mains are the perfect size after the large amount given at the start of the meal. The tender lamb dish has an unexpected crispy crust on top which was a pleasant surprise. The deserts were amazing with one of them stealing the show for the whole meal. It was some sort of moose if I remember correctly and it was by far the best desert I have ever had and made the restaurant worth it alone. Price is super reasonable as well.

Suraya is one of the better dining experiences in the entire city of Philadelphia. For dinner as a party of four we selected the "A Taste of Suraya" tasting menu. (We had dinner during the week, note that the tasting menu is required on the weekend fri/sat.) It is appropriately priced at $78 per person and gives you a huge variety. 7 "Mezza" dishes which are like tapas, a main course (we each selected a different one and shared which was great) and 3 desserts. The portions are well thought out. We ate everything and didnt feel like a blimp. The cocktail menu was good and had an average drink price of about $15. The service was excellent. Our waitress was above and beyond helpful, happy, friendly.

First time having Lebanese food and this place was amazing. It definitely hit the spot! If you want a little bit of everything, I’d recommend the tasting menu, and upgrade it with the ribeye (is enough meat for 2 people) (the ribeye upgrade is a 40$ up charge, but it’s definitely worth it), cocktails are also a highlight of this place if you like strong and well made cocktails this is the place!
