Amazing environment and amazing foods. If you are looking for Mexican food in Philly, I would highly recommend El Vez. We made reservation, and got our table without waiting. We ordered a pitcher of Margaritas, one cocktail, chips and salsa, tuna-coconut cheviche, and four tacos. The services are very good.

El Vez is a great Mexican restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere and quality food. Make sure to make a reservation in advance, we went at 3 on a Saturday and it was packed. The wait staff is great, always looking to please, and the food is very flavorful with reasonable portions. You will leave full, but not stuffed. One thing to note is meals do not come with any sides, so if you want rice and beans or a side of corn that will be extra. Chips and guacamole are very good, freshly made. Would highly recommend if you enjoy Mexican.

My friend, my cousin, and I had a wonderful experience last night celebrating my cousin’s birthday! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Our server, Juan, was super personable, attentive, and friendly—he made sure we had everything we needed. He also gave great recommendations and truly enhanced our overall experience. We’ll definitely be back! :)

Always a great experience here! The food is consistently delicious—I’m especially a fan of the open-faced shrimp taco and the guacamole, both packed with flavor. This time, the chicken nachos were a bit off—there was a red sauce added that gave it an unusual twist. Drinks, as always, were solid. I highly recommend the sorbet shooters—strong, flavorful, and that mix of sorbet and tequila is on point. Went on Cinco de Mayo and the vibes were definitely great!

First time but definitely not my last. Loved the food and the drinks. The drinks we're served so fast in less than 3 minutes every time I order them. The staff is amazing, great customer service. Super clean and loved the decorations and art.
