French quarter in Philadelphia. Paris in Rittenhouse. Perfect location. Quite large of a restaurant. Good boulangerie feel. Bars, newspapers, high noise level, a selection of breads serving straight from far corner.
Escargot in small casserole pot. Nice garlic butter to go with baguette. Oyster was fresh. Quiche delish. Onion soup not salty, cheesy perfection. Spaghetti good too.
Creme Brulee nice.
Drink selection included French draft beer, virgin cocktails.
Service slightly tardy but my standard from perhaps hurrying NY.
Reserved online at 2:45pm. Arrived early. Ordered drink at bar. Separate bill from bars to dining. Not allowed to order food at bar if eating at table. Soon accommodated. Thank you reception. Locating us at bar when not responding to text right away.
If I make comp from French restaurantsat NYC, food better than Tin Building at South St (guess there is Jean George at Four Seasons to make-up in Philly), at par with Benoit. Decors similar to Rue 57.
Shall return. Try out brunch egg benedict.
Opens 9:30am on weekend 8am on weekdays.

We had an amazing breakfast at Parc on Valentine’s Day. This is a beautiful, old-school spot with a fancy vibe, perfect for a special occasion. The service was outstanding. Quite attentive and friendly and made the morning feel even more special.
They have plenty of gluten-free options, which was a nice touch. I have to say, the omelette I had was the best I’ve ever had — perfectly cooked, cheesy and full of flavor. While some items are a bit on the pricey side, I truly think it was worth it for the quality of the food and the experience. The bread basket was exceptional. The onion soup really lived up to the expectations and had the perfect bread dipped beneath the cheese coating on top (yes, a ton of cheese and calories haha). Everything was just so delicious. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a great meal in a classic setting!

Dining at Parc Restaurant is like being transported to a charming Parisian café—without ever leaving Rittenhouse Square. From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere is warm, bustling, and authentically French. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and welcoming, making every visit feel special.
The menu offers a perfect balance of French classics and seasonal delights. The Escargot is rich and deeply flavorful, the lamp is cooked to perfection, and the mushroom tart (baked in-house) are simply divine. Sadly we have no room for the dessert
Whether you’re stopping by for brunch, lunch, or a romantic dinner, Parc delivers consistently excellent food, great service, and a lively, elegant ambiance. Sitting on the outdoor patio with a glass of wine and people-watching across the square is a quintessential Philly experience.
Highly recommend for locals and visitors alike!

Parc is always a great idea. During holidays, weekdays, weekends - all year round festive, beautiful, uplifting and lively. Of course, sitting outside or by the windows is the most favorite location, but everywhere in the restaurant really is pretty good.
I love their mushroom tart (a seasonal item), all of the breakfast menu selections and bread ?.
