Super convenient location, lots within walking distance and it's right on the subway line. Room was nice and comfortable. Ours had a nice view. Never had any elevator trouble, never had to wait long. Breakfast was solid. AC was a little louder than average, but that's pretty common in hotels. Since it's on a busy street in a big city, you probably want ear plugs for sleeping (true of any hotel nearby).

Rooms could use refurbishing. The location is convenient for downtown. Signs in the elevator said breakfast started at 6 am, but when I arrived at that time, I was told it started at 6:30. $28 for the breakfast buffet is unreasonable. Plus when I checked out, a $5 service charge was added to my breakfast bill. The only service I received other than coffee at the table was clearing my plate and presenting me with the bill.

If staying in the suites, it’s kind of a pain to get to your room as they are like a separate building and takes a bit of time due to probably the slowest elevators I’ve ever encountered. Hotel is a mix of modern and outdated. Could use some work. Bed was comfortable. Food was alight and overpriced (like most hotels). The service I’ve received was good. Saw some questionable interactions with other guests though. Update: dude working that bar my second night was less than pleasant. Fortunately he only charged me for one of two beers. However the gals that work the snack shop are fantastic. Location is great. Don’t know that I’d stay here again as there are better hotels in the immediate area for the same price range.

The hotel rooms are very nice, and in a good location with a lot of food options nearby. The lady who did my check-in was a bit rude and did not give me a second key. Also, my shower gel was empty when I checked in, and they promptly delivered a replacement. The view from the room is very nice. It is a little hard to find the hotel, though, and had to do a couple of drive-bys. The parking is across the street and 38$ a night, so it is not a bad deal. Parking with hotel gives in and out previlage.

Unfortunately my 3 night stay here fell short in a few areas - mainly related to service and how a couple of situations were handled. It wasn’t quite the experience I’ve come to expect staying at Hilton properties That said, the location is excellent - right in Center City, with tons of restaurants and bars nearby. It’s also about a 20-minute walk to the Liberty Bell and other historic attractions, which made getting around really convenient. As Hilton Diamond members we were upgraded to a larger room with a kitchenette. However, it was on the 5th floor facing a dark alley. We would’ve preferred a higher floor with more natural light. It was my birthday, so I was hoping for a better upgrade, but front desk staff seemed rushed and didn’t ask anything about our visit. I shared some feedback after my stay and was pleased with the professional and thoughtful response from hotel management. They acknowledged the concerns and took steps to make things right, which I appreciated.
