Have been to dozens of makguksu places in Gangwon-do over a decade and this place is by far my favorite. The makguksu is incredibly refreshing and flavorful simultaneously but the highlight is, I think, the pyeonyuk which is simply one of the most delicious ways any kinds of pork can turn out to be. It's soft, juicy, and the best part of all--it's the heavenly match with your makguksu.

A restaurant with good food and a lot of people. There were so many people, it was like eating in the middle of a market. I ate quickly and left quickly.

Every summer my family and I visit the Yangyang area, and before we drive home we always stop at this restaurant. The cold noodles (naengmyun) are absolutely amazing. But, the true star of this restaurant is the potato pancake. It has to be the highest quality potato pancake probably ever in my life. Also know that the seating area in their patio area is dog friendly, so you can bring your dog with you if you want. Indoor seating is I think floor seating. Edited to add, they no longer allow dogs.

Nothing special.. taste i donot understand why this place is so popular??

Try the potato pancake. It’s probably one of the best in country. The rest are not bad.
