The shops along both sides of the whole of the street sell meat...we had a difficult time selecting which one to go. After walking up and down the street, we entered one shop which we thought had the best looking display of the food.. We had fun and the food, pork belly grilled was delicious. The bean sprout soup was ok and of course, makgeoli to finish.

I love gopchang and have wanted to visit here for a long time; it was nicer than some of the other theme streets I’ve been to.
At the entrance of the road, there is an “older crowd” but if you keep walking until the road begins to curve…. there are less drunk ahjussis and more young adults.
There’s several options so we picked DdoDoo 또또 because it was full, but not too crowded and looked clean.
It was delicious!

The time to visit Anjirang Gopchang street is in the evening after 6.00pm. That is the time most food shops are open . Daytime it is quite quiet and not much happening. It is easily accessible via the subway and buses. It is also close to the Moon clan village and the arboretum. Would suggest visiting the 3 locations in sequence.1. Village, 2. Arboretum and then only 3. anjirang.

Cabbed to Anjirang Gopchang Street, chanced upon this place (didn't get the name). Food served were really great! Had Peanut makgeolli, Beondegi, sangyeopsal, intestines and chicken heart. The staff were friendly, even provide a plastic bag to keep my winter jacket (she did for the other customers too). How thoughtful!
