Impractical policies. Poolside bar is unmanned and if you want to order food you order from the tables tablet, then need to leave the pool area and head to another building to confirm order and pick up! This dumb method finishes at 4pm and you're only allowed to bring water to the pool. Makes no sense but staff just smile and say that's the policy because there aren't enough guests.

We didn’t stay here but we got lost and found our way here. We asked the reception and she very kindly arranged for a buggy to bring us back to our parking compound. The exceptional service makes me want to return to experience the full hospitality at this hotel on my next trip.

Excellent location, nice view. Don't bring down your luggage at check in center, the room is not there. Room is like north Korea. Nothing to eat after 9pm.

I have somewhat mixed feelings about this hotel. Pros: - amazing location, you can go for sunrise and sunset hikes with stunning views - kids club, my daughter loved it - plenty of parking space - big CU in the hotel lobby - huge rooms that could accommodate big families Cons: - the rooms are pretty outdated - hotel corridors are so run down, they look scary Overall this is a great stop over point for 1-2 nights but for the price charged I think the condition of rooms and the hotel common areas should be improved.

Great location, terrible rooms. Would recommend booking elsewhere, especially at the price point.
