I love this place! The best desserts I’ve had in Montreal—everything is beautifully presented and tastes good. My favorite time to visit is in the summer when their terrace is open; it’s spacious and comfortable, perfect for a relaxed dining experience. In winter, the indoor space feels a bit tight, but the atmosphere remains cozy and elegant. The service is consistently great, and I really appreciate the refined, luxurious touch in both the ambiance and the presentation. Always beautiful real flowers on the table. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience at Duc de Lorraine yesterday! ☺️ The croissants were incredibly fresh, flaky, and full of flavor, and the lattes were perfectly creamy with beautiful latte art. The ambiance was cozy and elegant, making it a great spot to enjoy a relaxing breakfast or brunch. The service was also friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for delicious pastries and great coffee!☕️☺️

Well, what can you say about this place, you sit like in a basement, the windows are dirty, the teaspoons for dessert are too big, I ordered tiramisu - nothing special, the cream was too rich for me, the coffee was good, the service was also at a good level, the interior did not impress at all, below ground level, a semi-basement room, that's exactly the impression. And another very important detail in the dessert, the logo is made of cardboard, in expensive places it is usually made of chocolate - edible, this one is not, which is strange - the restaurant claims to be five stars. And the prices are greatly inflated. For these prices, everything should be perfect, except for the service, everything is a C plus, there will be no next time!

Fantastic experience with friends. Generally speaking my Dijon burger is not enough Dijon mustard. The meat patty has the blood taste which I don't like. I normally have medium rare steak, however that blood taste from minced beef is not pleasant and especially it is a $40 burger. However my friend has this Benedictine over fillet Mignon is very good. The dessert is must have! We had the chocolate caramel croissant and the mouse rocher. The crispy croissant along with caramel is fantastic. the mouse rocher is a bit sweet, but perfect when matched with an Americano. The waitress and waited are very polite However the hostess are ok. The dining area is a bit small which is crowded. Will come back for amazing dessert!

Best fruit trims on a brunch menu ever. Where else can you get Dragon fruit, fresh Fig, Cherries on the side of your dish. Service was great. Brunch was very good. Pastries were amazing, ordered the Mille Feuille strawberry and it was the best I've had ever! def coming back for that.
