We really enjoyed our stay. All staff we encountered were very professional and helpful. We took advantage of the fitness centre and the complementary evening reception and buffet breakfast. We also liked the suite where we could have two separate sleeping areas (pull out sofa and king size bed). This really suited our needs, and we appreciated the upgrade! Although we don't have small children, the hotel was very kid-friendly.

Great location in Montreal. Close to so much. Great for walking around.
The front desk and entire staff were excellent. A special shout out to Kevin was at the front desk. We loved happy hour and the free breakfast. A little disappointed with our TV. Many stations we tried to watch kept cutting out. Otherwise a great stay.

We like to stay here when visiting as it's close to the Old Town, walking distance to Science Centre and waterfront... It's great to be able to close doors when the kids sleep (though the crib bareeeely fits behind the sliding doors) and have some downtime without having to sit in darkness ?. The restaurant staff was super kind and helpful (brought over high chair when they saw us enter), quick service and the buffet breakfast has so many options. Yum! The only thing I'd change is a larger counter by the sink to put all our toiletries and such.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. We stayed for three nights, but we encountered some issues on the second day. The room cleaning was not done properly. Additionally, during our complimentary evening drink, the server did not inform us about the available complimentary snacks, which led us to spend extra money on snacks. While the location of this hotel at Niagara Falls deserves a five-star rating, I would like to address the manager: if you are reading this review, please ensure that your staff is properly trained to clean rooms regularly and thoroughly. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

My room was nice. But the TV programming was horrible. No guide (it would not fill in) and the stream constantly buffered and gapped. I ordered from Uber and the front desk intercepted my food ( which I’ve already paid for delivery to my door with an exceptional tip) and expected me to go down and pick it up. It was only after I protested did they send it up with concierge. (Very polite man) but the damage was already done, after a hard day at work I just wanted to escape and because of their policy that was taken away from me.
Certainly not a good spot for me.
I expect quicker no hassle check in, food deliveries either allowed or taken care of without bothering me. An entertainment system that makes it easy for me to find something to watch and once I do choose something it should work and not constantly gap and buffer.
