Stunning decor and their room spray smells delicious’ The rooms are cute, the beds are super comfortable, I love that there is a table with 2 chairs rather than a desk like most hotels. Nespresso pods for the win! Filtered water and ice machine. The room service was 8/10 (too much dressing on the salad). Everyone is super friendly and nice. The mini bar and snacks are actually properly priced. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had an amazing experience! The room was clean and well lit! Great view of downtown! Walking distance to all amenities, restaurant inside! The valet service is a huge bonus! I will certainly be staying again! Plus the staff are so polite! Hands down one of the best experiences I've had!

The rooms are modern with a design that is a minimalist's delight. The bed was so comfortable. It was a little odd to not have much storage space but I only stayed for 4 nights and it was not an issue. I liked the amenities as they did smell nice. The rain head shower was great. I had some difficulty with the hot water but it wasn't bad. I found the overall cleanliness of the room wonderful. I will say there is some kind of weird odor issue almost as if there was a propane gas leak or something was deceased in the vent. The hotel moved me immediately to a different room and I was fine. I loved the self check in that even printed my key card. Super fast and super easy. The location was ideal for me. The gym was a great size with good equipment. The conference center was fantastic and the service was excellent. I hope to have another conference here again.

There are quite a few warnings I’d like to give future guests if they decide to stay here: 1) The standard rooms are SMALL. It’s 210sqft but the photos on their site make it appear much larger. The walkway from the door to the bed is maybe 8ft, and in between is the closet, the mini fridge, the coffee machine, and also the sink (no, the sink is not in the washroom). And for the room itself, there is just enough room for you to walk around the bed, with one side having slightly more room since that’s where the table goes. 2) The bed is advertised as “king size bed”, but it’s in reference to a European king, which is essentially a queen size bed. 3) For a hotel that brands themselves as luxurious, they did not have proper bed sheets. You can see in the photo it is a mattress cover and then just the top sheet. 4) Housekeeping was missed for my room and when it was brought to concierge’s attention that it could be done while I was out, I got back and noticed that the only “housekeeping” that was complete was giving me new towels. The old towels were still in the room. Overall, for a 5-star luxury hotel, it was nowhere near what I had expected. It felt closer to a 3-star hotel, and certainly not as luxury as it’s made out to be.

From the warm hospitality at check-in to the food and check-out experience, the hotel did a fantastic job! The service is truly five-star. The room was comfortable enough to deserve another five-star rating. The food, compared to American cuisine, was less oily and tasted healthier—another five-star for that. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and new acquaintances. By the way, it’s very convenient—you can take the bus from the airport and walk about five minutes to reach Hotel Monville.
