Perfect!
We travel often and it’s a rare treat that we are welcomed and accommodated with such a high level of professionalism, positivity, joy and elegance. This is all thanks to a front desk staff worker by the name of Ornella. Not only is her demeanour so pleasant that my son asked to head back to the front desk for no reason, but her welcoming smile was ever present as she helped us coordinate a late check out and resolved a minor issue with our room. 10/10 - give her a raise. Whoever trained her should be promoted by corporate and a new standard should be rolled out. The rooms are old world class, the location is unbeatable and the restaurant is delicious.

Great!
We have been going to Montreal every year for the past decade. We usually stay for a couple of days before going to Mont Tremblant skiing, and this is our favorite hotel. It is a boutique hotel with a charming and pretty lobby and friendly service. Their on-site bar and restaurant have great cocktails, drinks and menus. It is located in the middle of old french neighborhood with great restaurants. The room is always clean with nice floral scent along with free bottles of water

Perfect!
I only stayed here one night, but I would have gladly spent a week. The hotel is located right downtown with tons of bars, restaurants, shopping and attractions to keep you fulfilled. The hotel staff was above and beyond nice and helpful, which should be the standard, but sadly it's not. The room was really nice, but it was a bit dated and a remodel would match the accommodations with the service and location. The buffet breakfast offered was phenomenal with a large variety of fresh fruit, pastries, eggs and potatoes. I would definitely stay here again if visiting or passing through Montreal.

Worst.
When I checked in, the staff looked busy. When I tried asking for help, they dismissed everything and were rude to me. Also, the check-in was too fast. No one explained where or when the breakfast would be, where the gym/pool was, the hours of operation, and how to park a car. For a hotel like this, I was hoping that it would be more customer-friendly. Also, some people might cut you off if you don't speak French and people working at the reception will not pay attention to you. In addition, closet doors were broken, bed was making a squeaky noise, so it was hard to get a good night's sleep. Also, we got a room with a view, but I was hoping to get a better view. Also, they have a messenger service where you can ask for help using phone texting, but no one replied to me when I tried asking for any advice. This was my first time in the city and I was hoping staff at the hotel would be more helpful. However, I liked the valet service, the restaurant located at the hotel, and the fact that you could walk somewhere without putting on a coat. Also, I liked that the hotel was clean.

Perfect!
Another superb IC experience! The Club Lounge was comfortable and cozy. Offerings were quite nice but a little limited. The rooms were spacious and well appointmented. The only downside about the room was that the floors were really cold. [Winter stay] Thank-you for a memorable stay!
