I went to Mtl for work and stayed at this lovely hotel. It was quite charming, with a big, clean, beautiful room and a breathtaking view. The concierge, Veronique, was an absolute delight! Such a pleasant person and very knowledgeable. I remove one star because there weren’t many gluten free options in the buffet service. It’s a good thing the location was great and I could easily access other restaurants. Thanks :)

My stay at Hotel Omni Mont-Royal was nothing short of amazing. The customer service was truly above and beyond every staff member made me feel at home and was always ready to help. My room was spacious, had a great view, and was extremely comfortable. What really stood out was how accommodating the staff were at any hour. I needed a microwave at 2 AM, and instead of directing me somewhere, they brought one up to my room without hesitation. That level of service made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The bar/lounge was also a highlight of my stay. The interior design was beautiful, creating a classy and welcoming atmosphere. Huge shoutout to the bartender for making some of the best drinks I’ve had! It’s the perfect spot to unwind, and being located right in downtown, everything was just a short walk away. Overall, an incredible experience I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-tier service, comfort, and a great atmosphere!

I had a wonderful stay at the Omni Hotel and couldn’t have been more impressed with the level of service. The staff was incredibly attentive and professional, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. The hotel itself was spotless—immaculately clean, which is always a top priority for me. The breakfast buffet was another highlight: an excellent selection of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will absolutely rebook when I’m in the area again. Highly recommend!

I loved this hotel! The interior and suites are very nice and comfortable. Service was wonderful and had good recommendations for us. We even tried the cafe which was great!! About a 15 minute walk from the old side of Montreal. We were able to comfortable do it even in the snow. Highly recommend!

My sister and I stayed two nights in a spacious room overlooking Mont Royal...what a stunning view! We had an issue with a leaky tap in the shower in the morning. I informed the staff before we set out for the day. The problem was fixed by the time we returned at the end of the day. Staff then delivered a plate of delicious treats, with a lovely note, apologizing for the inconvenience. Wonderful service!! Also their concierge was extremely helpful in answering our questions about the subway. We will definitely return!!
