Incredible. From the bell folks to front desk and everyone else we came in contact with was truly a fantastic experience. They were always willing to help, very polite and would offer anything they could to make your experience better. The pool was under renovation but the steam and sauna area was open which was a great, quiet, spot to relax. The spa is a must visit, you won’t be disappointed. The only negative experience was twice @ Marcus - once for brunch and another for dinner. Service was very disappointing on both visits. Not even close to the Four Seasons service you receive everywhere else. Won’t be booking a reservation there after two awful experiences and speaking with others who had the same issues. Too bad because it’s a beautiful space/set up.

We had an amazing stay at the Four Seasons Montreal. The rooms, lobby, restaurant and even the hallways are all gorgeous and the attention to detail does not go unnoticed. The service was top-notch all around. We’ve never stayed at a Four Seasons before but based on our wonderful stay we will go out of our way to stay at other Four Seasons locations in the future.

This hotel is STUNNING and absolutely fabulous! The beds are comfortable and also the staff is knowledgeable and friendly and professional. I stayed here to celebrate my birthday and I am so glad I did. The room service is quick and delicious and lastly, it’s located right in the heart of Montreal - close to all of the major attractions.
