Perfect!
From the minute we arrived, it was an exceptional experience. The hotel was decorated beautifully inside and out for Christmas. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction we had with them and were very friendly. The room was beautiful and very spacious. We especially loved having the walk in closet for all our suitcases. Our dinner there was delicious and the service made the experience even better. The whole stay has prompted us to seek out Ritz Carlton properties for future trips. We absolutely loved the city of Montreal, and the Ritz Carlton definitely made the stay more special and enjoyable.

Perfect!
One of the nicest, if not nicest, five star hotels I’ve visited. Aside from the magnificent rooms, restaurants and common areas, their staff and their service is second to none. From the second you pull up on front of the hotel and welcomed in until you pull out at the end of your stay, you feel like you’re in an alternate universe. As an added bonus for Kosher travelers (which I haven’t seen at any legitimate 5 star hotels anywhere), the hotel offers reliably Kosher food from a local Kosher caterer which can pre-ordered for room service. Kosher meals are served on fine china and utensils that come directly from the caterer. I look forward to staying there again on my next trip to Montreal.

Perfect!
We had the most luxurious visit to the Ritz to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We decided to go during a quieter time so we could cocoon ourselves there. We were treated so well with every single staff being so kind and helpful! We were upgraded to a corner suite where it was beautifully decorated with rose petals and we were surprised with a bottle of prosecco and a lovely note. We had cocktails at the Palm and had breakfast room service the following morning! I highly recommend this hotel if you want a little oasis to relax and be in bliss! It was one of our top Marriott properties and we hope to visit again for another quiet stay!

Perfect!
This is a stunning high-end hotel and restaurant that truly exceeds expectations. The ambiance is elegant, with a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere that makes it perfect for any special occasion or a relaxing indulgence. Their high tea service is exceptional, offering a delightful selection of teas, delicate finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones, and beautifully crafted pastries. The attention to detail, from the presentation to the impeccable service, is truly impressive. Everything here exudes luxury and refinement, making it a memorable experience every time.

Not bad
We went there for the afternoon tea experience. Overall the experience wasn't too bad but I don't think I will go again. It was a pretty high-class experience, so I had high expectations for this including some of the details like the tea sets. But we were given a white plain tea pot which is not the same ones as we seen posted on the social media. And you can tell that the teapot is definitely not in the same set as the rest. And looking around, we were the only table who got this "ugly" tea pot. I'd think that for such a high rating hotel, the service would be more considerable and pays more attention to these details. But when I asked why we got different teapot than other tables (cuz I thought they paid for a higher price), they replied that its random assignment. I originally thought they were running out of the other teapots and I would be more appreciated if we were informed about this in advanced. I wish people can understand that this is not a cheap experience and having service with considerations of these details would help a lot. In addition, during our around-2hour dining there, there's no one checking if we'd need more water. So I thought there just isn't any hot water refill option, and you'd have to buy another tea. When we about to pay the bill, I saw the waiter was asking all the tables for hot water refill and skipped us. I had to asked for hot water refill before we pay the bill. Overall, I cannot really comment anything else about the service as other than being seated, taking the order and paying the bill as we didn't get any other chances to experience the service.
