We had an amazing experience at Manam Chocolate Karkhana! The chocolate selection was absolutely delightful—unique, high-quality, and full of rich flavors. We were impressed by the variety and creativity in their offerings. A special thanks to Tarun for his wonderful assistance and recommendations. His knowledge and hospitality made our visit even more enjoyable. The restaurant itself is stunning, with a great ambiance that perfectly complements the indulgent treats. Visited Manam in the afternoon for a quick brunch. The place and ambience is lovely. The live working set up is a great watching experience. The food was great too. I wasn't a huge fan of the chocolate coated strawberry but l loved the Malabar Chicken and the Almond croissant. The staff is absolutely amazing and very quick. Great experience

I recently visited Hyderabad for a few days and discovered this place online through an influencer. Intrigued, I made sure to visit while I was in the city. First and foremost, I must commend the staff for passionately sharing the chocolate culture that this establishment is bringing to India. I had the opportunity to taste a variety of chocolates, and in the end, I selected an Origin Tablet No. 6, dark chocolate with orange, and Vietnamese chocolate for baking. Having tried all of them, I can confidently say that the quality is exceptional. It’s truly exciting to see an establishment dedicated to transforming the chocolate industry in India. I especially appreciated how knowledgeable the staff was—guiding me through different taste profiles and enhancing the overall tasting experience. The idea of treating chocolate with the same care and precision as specialty coffee is new to me, but I’m grateful to have experienced it here. A must-visit for any chocolate lover!

It's was a beautiful place but chocolates n other dishes they offer aren't worth the price. The brownie dish we had was apparently stale. The other dish was also not that good. Few chocolates were nice but definitely not worth the price.

I wanted to visit this establishment, on my trip to Hyderabad and when I finally did, I could only experience disappointment. After having heard great reviews from friends who visited Manam, I was so looking forward to it and even had it saved for over a year. First of all, the food was good, nothing much to rave about or berate about, if needed to be a little specific, Chocolate cake could have been softer & it felt a bit harder. Affogato was brilliant just like how they serve it in European establishments. The ambience was excellent, just a masterclass on how a cafe should be themed. Their chocolate kitchen, reminded me of homemade chocolates & friendly neighborhood cafes in Europe. But, their service left a lot to be desired. It was as if I wasn't invited there, to be more specific outrightly dismissive. I don't expect, 'kindly take your seat gentleman' kind of service. I don't expect that from Indians to fellow Indians. But at least a 'Thank you' would have been suffice, that's after the patron uttered several Thank yous and please. This is either a training gap or they specifically don't want to entertain certain sects of individuals. I suspect the latter. I would not be too keen to return to this establishment, but wish the best as such establishments can give rise to more quality confectioners around the country.
