Great place to stay with your family in a budget. Impressed by the service. The owner was very polite and helpful. He quickly responded and arranged things. Also he make sure that everything is on point for the people who stays there. Room and bathroom were neat and clean. Breakfast is complimentary. For a cozy ,quiet and comfortable stay you can choose this place.

Good, hygienic, affordable and friendly hotel in Banjara Hills. They've breakfast included with the room cost. Limited space for vehicle parking available. 24 hrs hot water availability. Daily cleaning of the room was done. Mr. Vijay, the manager of the property is a very nice person. He is kind and helpful guy. He monitor his staffs constantly. Room in which we stayed was a very small and cozy room. Comfortable room, but it did not have the ceiling fan. Although AC was there in the room, it had only a wall mounted fan which used to run at one constant speed and couldn't control its swing. Although it is recommended to book directly by calling to Srico property, because if booked via Treebo then the room photos they share could be different from the actual room look and feel. Usually they share the photos of highest cost room, which could be entirely different from the actual room if booked with a lower price.

I booked several rooms for the guests attending a conference in Hyderabad and they all were pleased with the hospitality provided by the hotel and especially the the management was excellent. We booked additional rooms and extended the booked ones at the 11th hour for some late registrations and all this was made convenient by coordinating with Mr.Vijay Singh the Hotel in-charge. I would recommend Hotel Treebo Srico to those who are planning for official events in Hyderabad near Banjara Hills. The best deal you can get in Banjara Hills at the most affordable price! I recently stayed at Treebo Srico Hotel in Hyderabad for three days and had a pleasant experience overall. A special shout-out to Mr. Vijay for ensuring our stay was comfortable and for efficiently handling all aspects of our visit. His dedication truly made a difference. However, the breakfast could definitely be improved. Enhancing the variety and quality would elevate the guest experience even further. This is specially good for families visiting, it has a safe space.

The rooms were very clean, I was traveling solo, and safety was not an issue at all. Uber auto was my go to transport, the place is easily accessible and the locality is a very decent residential area. The staff is very welcoming and helpful as well.
