Review for Hotel Sitara, Road No. 12, Banjara Hills The food was extremely disappointing. We got a takeaway of Chicken Fried Rice and Pepper Chicken today. The Pepper Chicken was just average, but the Fried Rice was horrible! The rice was undercooked, no salt, and had no flavour at all. It felt like eating half-boiled basmati rice without any seasoning or taste. I truly regret spending money on such tasteless food!!

It is a good Property in Banjara Hills, Size of Rooms is good, It seems it's an old Property, Rooms were Neat and clean, The location of Hotel is good. Breakfast, which was included in our Plan had limited options. Service was prompt. Value for money.

I have stayed at Hotel Sitara Grand Banjara Hills more than 15 times, and each visit has been a delightful experience. The location is fantastic, situated near popular attractions like Jalavihar and Hussain Sagar Lake, making it easy to explore Hyderabad. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure all my needs are met promptly. The rooms are consistently clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation. I particularly enjoy the complimentary WiFi and the delicious food served at the in-house restaurant. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, catering to different tastes. However, I feel there is room for improvement in the food quality, especially during breakfast. Enhancing the breakfast experience could take this hotel to the next level. The overall ambiance of the hotel is welcoming, and the free private parking is a convenient perk. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hyderabad. It offers great value for money and a memorable experience every time.

On 4th Jan in this hotel one of the Worrest hotel .in this hotel all the employees working, especially at reception front office are Worrest staff especially there is one lady by name Ms Swathi.They don't know how to talk with customers, i never had not seen such a low grade people behaviour. They will tell one tariff while check out time they charge high amounts and threaten you also if you will not pay that amount. I strongly suggest all the customers not to go this Worrest hotel.

I am a regular customer to Sitara hotel at banjara and every morning I have my breakfast here and it is because of amazing food and ambience. One gets a very pleasent experience because of the warm welcome given by the staff the moment you enter the hotel. The staff is very attentive to all your needs .They take care of proper hygine standards and that motivates me more to have brakfast here and all these great experience comes at a reasonable price . Special thanks to the Manager Mr. Basha who ensures that each day I leave with a overwhelming experience and stay motivated to visit again. The way he serves food reminds me the hospitality that we experience with relatives as they do not let your plate stay empty for a second. Thanks Dhanturi group of restaurant and for giving such a lovely experience to the customers.
