Opening hours

I visit this place for buffet lunch. I went there many times over many years. After long gap of 6 years I went again with my family. Similar service . Food is OK and satisfactory. But this I see price increase guess 800 per person on week end buffet. They have vallet parking. Bathroom is too bad for that brand and star hotel. One can try for sure.

Poor service, rooms are pretty old. Every aspect of the hotel was poor.Housekeeping don't answer calls, rooms were not cleaned properly, laundry service was appalling.Room service was slow, limited options in food.The menu options are veg only.They don't accept Amex and international cards.Hotel is situated in old Hyderabad near Nampally hence travel time is too high.

The travel agency has arranged our stay here. Initially we got a worst room with fully blurred TV. The beds provided were not good. Bathroom taps and closest were dirty and untidy. After communicating with the reception, they changed the room to some classic, but the new room also was very disappointing. The bathroom tiles were broken and the place near closet were ugly. The door handles were broken. Atlast I had to shout and need to made an alternate arrangement

Prime location. Close to railway station and metro station. Rooms are okay, need to work on housekeeping. Intercom wasn't functional. In house restaurant is pure veg, so not much choice or options available for non veg lovers. Front desk could be a little more courteous and friendly.
