Except for the location this is not at all a place to stay. Very rude staff. Not at all cooperative. Will work only for the tips. They don't care about normal customers. They are interested in only those shady clients. Strictly no for a decent stay. Unfortunately there is no negative rating else I would have -5

Top Notch Location, I believe it's in the heart of the city. I liked the room service and the atmosphere around. Good, clean spacious Stayed here for 5 days and it was an amazing experience. Just one ask if they can lower their prices on restaurant menu. Overall I will rate them 4.5/5. A very convenient stay with family.

Location is very good, just beside the Lakdi-ka-pul metro station, a well connected place to the city. Rooms are average. Servicing is very poor, they did not respond even after calling multiple times. Facilities are there but all of those are not properly working. For a superior room they provide separate beds so it's not a couple or family friendly. Repetitive breakfast items with general dishes.

The hotel is located in proximity to the metro line, Lakdi ka Pul station. The architecture of the hotel is just fine. Rooms, ordinary. We were here with 80 students, for which the hotel did not provide proper food, both in quantity and quality. While the check out time was given 11 AM, they made the entire batch check out at 7AM, for the sole purpose of their own convenience. Dull environment. The bar on the ground floor is right in front of the hotel lobby, making it uncomfortable to sit in the lobby.

Rooms are not well maintained, very poor lighting, not as shown in website . But service is good and food quality is very good . Overall ok,. Rooms need to be maintained. Good hospitality.
