Great location at affordable cost. Walkable distance to most of the local attractions. On the main road but not directly on it, hence little quiet. Loved it. Staff are very friendly.

Terrible service at the front desk. At arrival, the reception executive said that they don't have rooms available, for a booking which was done more than a month in advance. After repeated requests, he agreed to "give" one room and mentioned next one will be available in evening. Far from offering an apology, he conveniently mentioned "the hotel can also cancel booking one day prior", while my booking was non-refundable. Avoid this property if other options are available, there will always be some issue or other from the hotel side.

My first stay here at Hyderabad . Especially thank you Ms Shadelina who provides us an exceptional service , offer me to change room , all staff here were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The restaurant was exceptional, offering delicious food with great quality and presentation. However, my room faced the main road and was quite noisy, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

Absolutely Lovely stay!! I truly recommend this hotel. I was happy with the hospitality, house keeping and the restaurant-Rasa food. Breakfast was delightful and tasty. I stayed here for 3 days, the hotel also allowed me for late check-out on request for 2 hrs. All staff were polite and did their job well. I would love to visit the same hotel next time too.

Honestly if anyone is looking to book a room or going to stay here for days then I suggest you there are a lot of different hotels better than this is the worst in everything 1. The noise pollution inside the room and outside is unbearable and the staff doesn't care about this at all 2. Security is not good at all like so many unknown people enter the lobby and rome free inside 3. And don't even think about the food here lol, even street food is better than this hotel food 100x better at least they know what quality mean If you want a mindful and peaceful stay then don't book here that it
