Good!
Rooms are not very clean, the drains are clogged in the bathroom. Kind of a run down hotel. However, food and spa services were enjoyable! If in Hyderabad, I would recommend the Marriott by Tank Bund instead.

Perfect!
I had a wonderful breakfast experience, thanks to Chef Gopi! He was extremely sweet, attentive, and made sure everything was just perfect. His warm hospitality and delicious food truly made my morning special. A big thank you to him & his team (Mr.Domnic, chef Jitu,Sarath,Sushant & Chef Diganta) for his kindness and excellent service!

Perfect!
One of the most posh hotels in Hyderabad in a posh locality. And its Taj, so nothing to say about the service, it was impeccable. Stayed here for few days. Breakfast was quite good on all days. Very attentive staff during the breakfast. For breakfast they have both indoor and outdoor seating but we avoided the outdoor seating due to the summer heat of Hyderabad. The irani chai during breakfast is a must have. The hotel is located in a very good locality which is within walking distance to a lot of eatery and two malls. One thing that I noticed during my stay was that, hotel staff were serving free cool water on the side of the road, which is very commendable during the sweltering heat of Hyderabad.

Good!
The room was not very spacious. Got a luxury stay. Service was awesome. Could have been big bathrooms too. The view & location was awesome. Beds aren't comfortable, too much cushioning in the mattress. The knobs in the washroom become slippery while having bath.

Not bad
I recently stayed at Taj Krishna Hyderabad, and unfortunately, the experience was far below the quality expected from a Taj property and a so-called five-star hotel. While the property appears to have once been grand, it has since fallen into significant disrepair. The rooms are old, musty, and in desperate need of renovation. My initial room had visible black mold on the walls, which the hotel staff attempted to dismiss. The entire hotel has a lingering, unpleasant smell that makes the stay uncomfortable. The gym felt dirty and grimy, and the spa was essentially a musty, mold-ridden locker room—not at all the luxury experience one would expect. The pool initially looked inviting, but bird droppings were caked on everything, including the windows, which were covered in filth. Service was inconsistent. The restaurant staff and housekeeping were warm and hospitable, but the front desk seemed indifferent, and the bellmen were more focused on following guests around for tips rather than providing genuine service. It’s clear that the hotel still does well with events given its large size, but it desperately needs investment in its rooms and communal spaces beyond the event areas. Until significant improvements are made, I wouldn’t recommend staying here—this is nowhere near the level of quality and service one expects from a Taj hotel or a true five-star experience.
