Opening hours

I was in the area for medical purposes and my stay at the Inn made my daily appointment schedule easy. My check in was smooth and I appreciated the gentleman at the front desks offer of bottle water after a long travel and appointment day. Mariel G was exceptionally helpful with ideas for places to visit in the area. She was always friendly and patient when answering my questions. My experience with all staff at the Inn was very positive, and I left with very favorable impression of the Inn staff.

Arrived to a dirty bathroom. Rooms are not up to par. I saw other reviews about clear housekeeping issues but assumed maybe it was just a one-off issue. Arrived to the filthy bathroom floor/toilet and gross shower floor/ledges clearly very grimy. Towels were kind of thrown in there. Made me skeptical of what else was/was not cleaned properly in the room. Bed is super firm, depends on your preference I guess. My back hurt each morning waking up. Additionally, if you’re not on the top floor you’re hearing absolutely everything above you. I travel a lot and have never actually posted a review of a hotel. But when it’s dirty like this, people should know. It’s really not up to what should be Marriott standards.

Grossed out! There was a giant stain on the side of my bed, hair in my sheets, hair in the shower, stains on my towels, and pee on the side of my toilet. Nothing looked like it had been cleaned. I have stayed here a few times now and I’m sad to report that the last 2 times have been the exact same. I thought it was just a fluke but I don’t think it is anymore. The rooms definitely need to be upgraded, but even if that’s not an option. Maybe have a manger check the rooms so make sure they are clean. The staff at the front desk could not be nicer! They are amazing and helpful. Really hope management looks at these reviews because I do love staying at this hotel but after this stay I may reconsider where I go next time.

Worst hotel expierienced I've had, usually love the brand but this ones not it. Dirty hairs in the bed, stains on the sink, dirt on the floor, toilet doesn't flush, tub won't fill, and walls are paper thin. They charge to park in their lot despite being in the middle of freaking nowhere.

Loud floor to floor. Half my trip had a family above me which is fine but I could hear them waking around until midnight. Tough night of sleep. Staff is super nice however and location is very clean.
