The hotel is clean with spacious rooms. However, there’s not one ounce of hospitality. If you need a toothbrush, toilet paper or towels, you’ll have to go down to the front desk. The pregnant woman at the front desk seems very unhappy working there as her attitude sucks and she isn’t polite. She doesn’t “welcome” you with a smile or answer the phone in a way to make your stay feel as comfortable as possible. Our family or 6 stayed here for a funeral. I asked for some extra towels as the room only had 2 when we arrived, I had to go down to get them. The next night, I asked for 2 pillow cases she said “we don’t have any down here”, with the nastiest attitude. She wasn’t even trying to locate some or mention someone bringing it to our room. A guy from the back came out and asked me if I needed something because I guess he overheard me asking her for the items and within 2 minutes he was able to walk less than 5 ft away to a door that’s basically the 1st or 2nd door down from where she wasn’t even trying standing and gave me the pillow cases. This hotel needs more professional workers (especially at the front desk) because the pregnant woman at the front desk will give this hotel low ratings despite how beautiful and spacious it is. Lastly, breakfast isn’t the best. Everything is tasteless and cold. Juices are watered down. The only best options are bagels, cereals, and muffins.

our room was clean. bed was comfy kitchen had what was needed as far as coffee and tea. staff was not friendly not even a good morning or hello my friends room was not clean. kitchen floor was not clean and hair on the carpet..( room was on the first floor near the pool. we are aware that the rooms are clean every other day, bit isn't customery to vacuum and clean when someone checks out? bkfst was fine we were really looking forward to sharing a drink with our friends as others were but the bar was closed on Saturday evening!!?

Impeccably clean, super friendly staff, great location. Rooms are modern and spacious. I’ll stay here again in a heartbeat!

We stayed here as it was only about 20 minutes from the medical facility I needed to be at the next morning. The hotel did not have the best signage and we almost missing the parking garage. You need your room key to get in. My husband let me out to go back down the street to the hotel to check in while he waited at the gate hoping no one would have to get in the parking garage while I was inside. Checking in was easy but the gentleman was preoccupied with the other man behind the counter on a phone call. There was plenty of parking and the elevator was great to get up to our room. Again, you need your room key to activate the elevator leaving the floor. Once in our room I did my usual quick check for anything that was unwelcoming. Overall, the room was spacious and had a full kitchen including a dishwasher and full-size refrigerator. The bathroom area was right next to the bed making it difficult to not wake someone while getting ready as the sink was separate from the shower and toilet room. My alarming findings were a clear stain on our sheets and a blood stain on the wall near the bathroom sink area. I called the front desk and they had housekeeping come up to clean the blood and bring new sheets. I was not prepared for the fact that we had to change our own sheets. When I called to inquire if they had room service or delivery options I was told there was no onsite restaurant and that I would need to go to the front desk to see the options for deliver. It was almost 8 PM so we gave up on dinner. We paid extra to have our breakfast included and chose the already cooked items from the continental options. Everything was cold and had no flavor. The orange juice was very watered down. Overall it wasn't our greatest experience and we won't choose it again on our medical trips to Boston.

The service was absolutely great and the room comfortable ! Staff very nice as well. 4 stars because the breakfast was pretty bad. We could not eat it and had to get breakfast elsewhere because it was impossible to eat. Felt like cafeteria food.
