I stayed 2 nights on business travel. Overall, it is a very nice hotel. The room was quite large with a couch. The only negative about the room was that the work desk surface was fairly small, although adequate for my laptop. The service was outstanding from the front desk to the restaurant and concierge lounge. The buffet breakfast was outstanding in terms of variety, amounts and quality! The Fitness center was very nice as well and well-appointed with free weights, machines and cardio equipment. Location is convenient to both I-90 and I-95.

I normally like Marriott's and it's not that this one isn't in a nice location but there was some just stuff that was a turnoff. No waters or anything in the room. You had to pay for water. No fan in the bathroom. The restaurant menu was very limited and the food was just decent. The service was fine, the people were nice. In general though, for a Marriott in a location like this, I honestly expected more.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences our family could have imagined. The hotel rooms are very outdated and weren’t cleaned well. The walls were paper thin and we could hear every noise from surrounding rooms and the hallway all night. And finally, one of the machines to exit the parking lot was broken and we had to wait in a line nearly 30 cars long before leaving the hotel, making us very late to the event we came to Boston to attend. When we called the hotel and asked for help, they said they would send someone out immediately and that never happened. The service, rooms and location were all very underwhelming. We would never stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The staff were very friendly, the food was great, and the room very comfortable. There were many groups of young people for dance competitions, track meet and Lacrosse tournaments and we never heard any noise.

Booked two queens but was given one king. Kind of a big deal with two parents and two kids. They gave us a rollaway bed which barely fit (required rearranging furniture awkwardly). Still leaves one kiddo in the parents' bed. A lot of low doors/beams, at least on our floor. Beware if you're very tall. Bathroom door was a translucent glass barn door with not latch. Weird and sub-optimal. Doors are quite narrow. Pretty nice finishes. Seems like it got a decent renovation and has been kept up. One employee went out of his way to help us figure out the layout of the floors. Much appreciated. Thought about giving it 4 stars, but I'm writing this while the politics of bed inequality play out between two stubborn children...
