At level 99 the player starts by signing a waiver, after paying the entrance fee you will be entitled to a special velogan bracelet which provides access to all puzzles you could solve in the 2 hour slot. This place is similar to escape the room games suitable for players from age 7 to 99+. The challenges are categorized by physical, mental, observance, and competitiveness ability. Some really need monkey climbing abilities, which kids do best. Recommended to have some adults to coordinate the game play minimum 2. Once you get the hang of it, each game is a 3 star challenge for every objective complete you gain a star and sometimes you also gain puzzle pieces which you can use to redeem beverage, souvenir, and credit for next time. With 2 hours honestly isn't enough for any one, even for a genius as it will be tiring with any physical challenges. The floor is Lava is here as well for those kids who would have their dream come true.
I hosted a corporate event here, and the menu and food selection were excellent, but they can do slightly better with the service to ensure all participants are served.
Besides the games they do have a restaurant and serve alcoholic drinks. and plenty of sittings.
The game designers and artists here all deserve a pad on the back, excellent execution and so much fun. Strongly recommended and good place for older kids to hang out.

Level 99 is awesome!! They have a wide variety of tasty food and a great selection of unique drinks. Each of their games are well designed and will keep you coming back for more. It can get pretty busy on the weekend, but weekdays are pretty chill and you can enter as many rooms as you want. Definitely make a trip out here!

Level 99 is a fantastic spot for a fun hangout! The games here are unique and offer an experience you won’t find at typical arcades or game zones . Whether you’re into puzzles, challenges, or just something different, this place has you covered. It’s a great way to spend time with friends and test your skills together.
That said, the food options at the night shift café are a bit limited. If you’re planning to grab a meal, it’s worth knowing that they don’t serve name-brand sodas like Coke or Pepsi—what they do offer is a knock-off version, which might not be for everyone.
Overall, though, the atmosphere and entertainment more than make up for it. It’s a place I’d recommend for anyone looking for something fun and out of the ordinary!

This place is AWESOME! I’m in Gloucester and it was worth the drive. I took my 10 year old who absolutely loved it too. There is so much to do. We originally signed up for 2 hours; but ended up adding an hour. It is very easy to register and add time. The staff were all very friendly and easy to approach if needed.
We spent 3 hours trying out all the puzzles/challenges, some of them multiple times. There are a lot of rooms/challenges that you can do with two people; but more fun with 3 or more. We could have spent all day there! There are hints available for each challenge to help.
There is a restaurant inside, a walk up bar and food area as well with sitting area. They have a water table with access to free ice cold water. The sodas/kid drinks have free refills the whole time which was very nice on the wallet. The venue is located in the Natick mall with free parking. Right outside of the venue is the food court for the mall. Lots of food choices.
We will be back for sure!

Coolest experience! It’s like a festival/carnival booth had a child with Dave & Busters that’s phenomenally better. The have over 50 different rooms and interactive games and art works. I’d suggest the four hour play band because you’ll wanna take your time and try it all out. Coolest part is they regularly change out the challenge rooms! Plus there is a bar for adult drinks, and tasty food at the restaurant. A full fun day indeed!
