Visiting The View Boston with a group of high school students was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the spectacular panorama and the exceptional service we received. Despite our group arriving nearly 30 minutes late for our scheduled booking, the staff at The View Boston were incredibly accommodating and understanding, ensuring that our visit went smoothly from the moment we arrived.
The 360-degree views of Boston from this vantage point are truly breathtaking. It provided the students with a unique perspective of the city, from its historic sites to its modern skyscrapers, making for a memorable educational experience. The atmosphere at The View is designed to awe, and it certainly delivered, captivating everyone in our group.
I am particularly grateful to the staff for their patience and helpfulness. They went out of their way to make sure our group had everything we needed, contributing significantly to the enjoyable and stress-free outing. Their professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed and were appreciated by all of us.
Overall, our time at The View Boston was a highlight of our trip. It’s not just a place to see the city but an opportunity to experience the best of Bostonian hospitality. I highly recommend it for groups or anyone looking to catch a stunning glimpse of Boston in a welcoming environment.

View Boston is a really cool concept, a great way to see Boston from on top of the Prudential Center.
There's essentially two floors to explore. You first arrive on the 52nd floor, which is enclosed by glass windows. Here you enjoy the 360 view of this level, and theres a few interactive things to do, including small models of buildings you're looking at in the distance, and you can scan your ticket to add to a virtual itinerary you can build. They also have computer kiosks where you can explore Boston and learn more.
After exploring this, you descend a level, where they have a bar, a restaurant, and an open-air roof deck. In my opinion, the open-air deck is the best part of the entire place, and why I'd keep coming back. You're experiencing these breath taking views while getting to feel the Boston breeze surrounding you. It's quite magical.
I've been here twice now, once during the day and once at night. I'm glad I've done both, each view was different but both still lovely. I will say I wish they shut the lights off or dimmed them a little during the night time, as taking photographs was a little challenging and there's a glare on the windows making it harder to enjoy the view. I've heard when you visit attractions like this in other cities, they do this to make your experience better.
As you exit there's a cool 3D model of Boston that plays a projection which is cool to see, as well as a video of Boston as you leave to go to the gift shop.
The itinerary concept is cool but they don't really explain to you that your ticket is what you use to do it. I kind of also skipped over the interactive stuff and just merely enjoyed the view.
Overall I really like this attraction at the Pru and recommend bringing your out of town guests here!

This place is absolutely stunning, especially on sunny days. I highly recommend visiting on a weekday. With almost no crowds, you can fully enjoy the beautiful scenery and sunlight. For visitors, coming here offers a great opportunity to quickly become familiar with the local landscape and culture—definitely worth it!

I really enjoyed View Boston. It was one of the best places that I visited during my vacation to Boston. The views were great. I also liked the photo feature that was included where your photo is included with 5 preselected backgrounds. Finally, the large map display of Boston with the changing light effects was also cool.

It's the second tallest building in the city of Boston. The observation deck is located at 750 feet or 230 meters above the ground so you can have spectacular view. Make sure to visit the lower floors, take a picture, and walk around the internal 360 rooms. The gift shop has some nice items.
