had a fantastic stay here. The room was excellent, and they provided a crib for our toddler. The reviews about the service are accurate —the hotel staff were incredibly kind, accommodating, and great with children. This is a wonderful place to stay with kids.

Visited Hotel Commonwealth for the first time for an event at the MGM Music Hall. The front desk staff - especially Nick - were incredibly helpful and answered all the questions we had about the room. The room itself was beautiful and I had received a free upgrade I wasn’t expecting. We ordered room service for breakfast several times and the food was delicious and presentation was excellent - though I will say, the “salmon platter” only had a small piece of salmon and we were hoping to see more. Valet service was similarly helpful throughout our trip, and normally had our car on the curb within 15 minutes. I had a small issue with a charge on my credit card, and Jeff from the front desk was able to resolve it within seconds. Much appreciation to the entire staff for a wonderful stay.

Friendly staff especially the door men and valet workers. First impressions are amazing. Front desk was friendly and helpful and a great touch with welcome snacks of choice and water. The rooms are beautiful and quiet. Location is unmatched with walking distance to Fenway, Landsdown clubs, Commonwealth Ave and access to the city. I look forward to staging again.

Honestly writing this because a jerk in front of us threatened to leave a negative review because he was chucking a tanty. This place is so nice! Steps off of the green line and you’re in a comfortable oasis away from Fenway. Beautiful views and excellent amenities, this is an excellent hotel. No problems. The courteous and professional staff let us check out at noon with no additional fuss or cost.

Nick at the front desk is awesome. So friendly and welcoming and can talk about anything. Thank you for a lovely stay! We had a great time and the amenities were perfect. A great day in the city all around!
