You can’t go wrong with this hotel and the location. Incredible (cozy) rooms, service, food, attention to detail and hospitality. We love the spa/pool/gym. This is our 3rd time, and again it exceeded expectations. Love the new addition of “the vault” a dedicated room on the guest floor with complimentary snacks and drinks. Don’t miss the breakfast experience, especially sitting by the windows. Can’t wait for our return!

First time ever going to a Four Seasons and first time going to Boston and let me tell you . The hotel standard has risen . One of the cleanest hotels I ever been too . All staff members were professional and friendly . The environment was so well designed and beautiful. Very inviting . The gentleman who escorted us to our room was awesome. Never seen this kind of service except in movies lol . 10 /10 experience. Let’s talk about the beds , pillows and comfort . I could have slept all day . The air quality was so fresh . I can tell they really care about their clients in this establishment. This place is the reason why I would want to come back and visit Boston again . The level is raised . Keep it up !!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons in Boston. The trip with our 1 year old was great. It’s a perfect family friendly location. Also the food was great in the mornings for breakfast. Thank you for an amazing visit. The hotel was also gorgeous and updated. The fun snack closets with clues to the upstairs surprise was fun. And accessibility to the park near by and all the tourist spots in Boston was perfect. Beacon hill is very close as well as Acorn Street.

Top notch, ten out of ten as is usual with the Four Seasons. Absolutely incredible service, I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff members at any of their hotels. Rooms were clean and well maintained, pool and gym were in great condition, room service was quick and delicious, and the views were great. Overall I truly can’t recommend this place enough, absolutely amazing!

If there was a 6 star rating, the Four Seasons and their exceptional staff would win it outright. This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location opposite Boston Common. The rooms are comfortable and for a small fee, we have a Christmas tree in ours!
