Great experience all in all. Staff was friendly, and I loved that they give away free cookies. Room was clean, and comfortable. Loved the different streaming options as well. I would definitely stay here again, especially considering I didn’t have to break the bank.

Overall seamless check in and check out experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful and accomodating. The location is great- right next to the T for easy access to anywhere in the city. The rooms were clean and tidy and the hotel itself was quiet. The only downside was that it's right across from Tufts Medical Center which has ambulances and loud noises coming from it especially at night so be prepared to bring earplugs.

Best location for what we needed, staff was amazing- there was an issue with getting our room type that we paid for being honored from the third party website, but they saw I am a veteran and remedied it. Kind of, they gave us the city view back but the windows were so dirty on the outside we could only see at a specific time of day. Room was clean but incredibly dusty, and nice otherwise and we did get a view after all. We couldn't find the recreation areas and we had to get clarification in the morning that two adult 'free breakfast' actually just means a $38 credit towards your morning meal, I think that should be clarified upon purchase. There can also be a hefty deposit depending on booking method that isn't declared until check in- between 100 and 500. This luckily didn't affect us much but it could affect others.

I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Boston, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was incredibly noisy, with constant street noise throughout the night. It felt like there was no soundproofing at all—honking cars, loud conversations, and general city noise made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. For the price and the Hilton brand, I expected much better. If you’re looking for a quiet and restful stay, I’d strongly recommend choosing a different hotel.

We stayed here for 7 nights. Really enjoyed this place. The room is big enough not to be claustrophobic, unlike other hotels near downtown. Room is clean. Good bathroom. Has a mini fridge and microwave. Hotel is minutes walk to many restaurants. Our room faced the Tufts hospital. It was actually much quieter than I anticipated. Overall low noise. At almost a couple sirens during the day and never at night. Very happy with the hotel gym. I went there every day. Dumbbells from 10 to 50 lbs. Treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and a cable machine. Guests can even go to YMCA next door for free for more workouts and classes, but I didn't need to use it.
