Spacious and comfortable rooms. Large bathrooms with separate tub and shower. You can always count of fantastic service here.
Quick walk to seaport area.
The only reason I took off one star is it seemed like housekeeping turned over our room too quickly before we arrived. It was missing some of the amenities like extra toilet paper roll, refilled hair and body care, robes and only 2 towels.
Called down to room service and they were delivered quickly.
One more thing- our rooms telephone by the bed didn’t work, but the one next to the toilet did. Room 924
Added benefit of an indoor pool- open until 9 and a great way for the kids to burn energy before bed.
Overall, great hotel and will be back again for future visits to Boston.

Could not recommend this hotel enough! From the moment we walked in we knew this was the place to stay. Special thanks to Tacina and the gentleman (manager), who helped us find the perfect room for my husband and I. We were there to celebrate our anniversary, Valentine’s Day and a career related milestone and it was lovely. Their attention to detail made it so special! Clean rooms (shout out to Austria) , beautiful hotel and great food. Beautiful views and most of all, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back in the summer time! 10/10

Overall a really great hotel. The rooms were very nice and spacious. It’s in a very convenient spot, we were able to walk everywhere which was perfect. One of my only critiques was that the steam room was out of order in the women’s spa although they had told me to check it out when we first checked in so I was disappointed with that. Also, someone left a bunch of plates and food right outside of our room and for three days and until we left it never got picked up. I’d expect a bit more. Lastly, we did do the Club Access and while most of the staff so lovely, there was one man working who had a bit of an attitude which made it a bit uncomfortable anytime he was in the room. All in all though a really great experience.

The hotel's proximity is probably the only positive.
The hotel concierge was not helpful.
However, I would like to share some feedback regarding a few aspects that did not meet my expectations. As a Platinum member.
I excepted a better treatment, at the very least, a room in better condition.
We were thrown around from one area because we should have gotten points or drink usually because of our status. Then after 30 min asking the bar they said we don’t do that so thrown back to the front desk… MA apparently has a rule that they can’t do that. How does your front desk not know?
Our room was already fine and then the manager said they will upgrade us… literally we moved rooms and it was the exact same type of room.
It’s more for business travel in my opinion anyways as there are better options for leisure around.
We asked things on the phone calling room service and no one came with the request.
We didn’t even bother calling back.
For a premier hotel, at a premier price, and on top of that us being Platinum Elite. Absolutely not worth it

Overall the stay was good. The lobby is spectacular as well as the views to the harbor. The rooms are a bit outdated and a few of the lights didn’t work. The location is wonderful because it is in walking distance to a lot of shopping centers. The room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. Overall a decent place to stay.
