We stayed for one night over the weekend. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The rooms and hotel was clean and updated. The pool was great! The valet was wonderful we left our things so we could walk around the city rushed back to catch a train he had a car ready to take us and loaded the car for us! Overall great experience very close to the aquarium and Faneuil hall/ Quincy market.

It's classy but approachable. Great location and accommodations to host group/corporate events. The hotel bar is nice, but the food is quite pricey. There is also a small cafe providing coffee and grab-and-go snacks. The surrounding area by the bayside and old city offers plenty of walkable spots for drinks, food, and entertainment. Notable items in the immediate vicinity: Long Wharf ferry terminal, Boston Bay Islands National Parks site, Mike's Pastries, and heaters located by the car drop off out front.

We just spent 5 days at this exceptional hotel. I called and emailed previous to our arrival because we had a large vehicle that we needed to park. They assured me they would take care of it out front with the valet and they did just what they said they would. While emailing with the manager I asked about availability of any upgrades. We were able to get the luxury waterfront suite with a private balcony. Since we were traveling to celebrate our 25th anniversary we decided to do the upgrade. It is the best hotel room we have ever been in and I highly recommend the splurge! The location of the hotel cannot be surpassed. It was a great stay and we look forward to returning.

We recently stayed at the Marriott Long Wharf in Boston, and I must say, the hotel itself is beautifully designed and perfectly located along the waterfront. However, what truly elevated our experience was the exceptional hospitality provided by Jeffrey at the front desk. As frequent travelers who regularly stay at upscale hotels like the Four Seasons and Ritz-Carlton, we can confidently say that Jeffrey's service easily surpassed the hospitality we've experienced at most five-star resorts. His friendly demeanor and attentive service made our check-in process seamless and enjoyable. We left feeling valued and appreciated, thanks to Jeffrey's outstanding care. I highly recommend this hotel for both its stunning ambiance and remarkable service!

Overall a great experience each time I go. As a Marriott Bonvoy Silver Elite member, my check in and out process is easy. The reception staff are always nice and accommodating. I appreciate the in wall water filter system too. The in hotel Starbucks is fantastic and the gym has just the right mix of equipment for a meaningful workout. My stays are typically 2-3 days max and filled with active days so there are elements of the hotel that I’ve not taken advantage of, but what I have experienced is fantastic. Long Wharf is my hotel of choice every time I am in Boston.
