Perfect!
Absolutely amazing service and a very walkable location. Everyone who works here goes above and beyond, front desk and housekeeping are wonderful. The restaurant is great, and the rooms are really spacious! Will definitely come back.

Great!
I want to start out by saying that the staff was very pleasant and polite while we stayed here for our honeymoon. We were traveling with our one-year-old and staff gave him a cute little lobster toy. For the price we paid, I've stayed at an even nicer room in France with a beautiful balcony view. I guess you're paying for location because you're in the heart of the downtown area. The room was fine, bed was clean and comfy, and the AC and heat worked. I wish it had a mini fridge because I pump and had to rely on ice to store and keep my breast milk. My issue is we checked out and flew home, only to realize we left a makeup bag with many expensive items inside. We called THAT day and it was turned in by the cleaning staff. We purchased a two-day shipping label and emailed it to the staff to get sent out the next day. Almost a month later and we are still without our item which included over $200 worth of skincare and makeup items. Now the staff have told us they never found the item, it was lost in mail, but it was never even scanned in by the carrier. The hotel refunded us $81 for our inconvenience. I understand it was our mistake leaving the item behind, but I wish they took greater care of lost items.

Perfect!
Just checked out after a wonderful weekend stay! The hotel is conveniently located just south of Boston Common and walking distance from the Boston Convention Center. The room was clean and they were kind enough to allow us early check in. The staff really does an incredible job to make you feel welcome and taken care of.  It was a very busy weekend with many events going on in the hotel but they managed the chaos and the entire team was incredibly friendly and helpful, adding to the wonderful experience. I had a small billing issue at check out, but the front desk team corrected it immediately. Special shout out to Vilma and Vanessa for going the extra mile! Looking forward to my next stay here!

Perfect!
I had a wonderful stay in this clean, comfortable, centrally-located hotel. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays and a great place to hang out. Rooms were big with comfortable beds and creative decor. Easy parking in the garage. Excellent location for walking/ pubic transit anywhere around downtown Boston. Can’t wait to return!

Not bad
We are here currently. Arrived last night and leaving Tuesday morning (Sunday-Tuesday stay). Took us almost 6 hours to get here from out of town. So far, I have been disappointed with the bathroom. We have had no hot water for two days so it has been very unpleasant showering. The bathroom is very outdated. Everything is white. wallpaper on the walls are dirty with marks. The white shower has mildew in the corners. The toiletries seem old, I went to use the lotion and it was chunky and separated. The bedroom itself is OK. Beds are comfortable, but the pillows are extremely flat, I would suggest bringing your own. I was not able to sleep at all because of this. We turned the heat on in the room and it smelled like sour vinegar. there’s a small balcony that is just concrete that overlooks an ugly parking garage. There are no chairs or anything so there is not much of a point to going on the balcony. we stayed with our dog as it is a dog friendly hotel. It would be nice if they had a relief area for the dogs somewhere within or right outside of the hotel. There is the huge park down the street, but if your dog ends up having to use the bathroom in the night you have to walk down the street about 10 minutes to the park which is a little sketchy at night. Overall, the location seems pretty good of the hotel. Not to mention this is a very expensive stay, almost $1200 plus fees and almost $120 in parking that we will have to pay when we leave. I think it is a crime to charge your guests parking in addition to an expensive stay for a mediocre stay. overall this is not the experience I was expecting for such an expensive stay.
