Great location and plenty of choice for food and shopping within 10min walking radius. Breakfast offers reasonable number of options and particularly like the noodle bar where I had a whole bowl of boiled veg every morning. Got room upgraded with access to the lounge but never got time to use. All member staff spoke reasonable amount of English. Definitely recommend for business traveler.

Good and clean hotel. Staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast spread is very good. Bathrooms don't have heater nor the toilet seats are heated, when temperature dips then its inconvenient. Location is next to namdaemun market and lots of eateries.

I rarely write reviews but had to take the time to share what a wonderful experience we had at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent - lots of variety. The front desk staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to find a second room for us even though the website said they were sold out. They let us check out later and stored our luggage at no extra cost. The restaurant staff was also accommodating making sure our family could sit together. The inside of the hotel was beautiful and the location was close to the night market and not too far from a train station. Would highly recommend!!

Sure, the location is great (right in the heart of Seoul, close to many shops and restaurants, walking distance to the N Seoul Tower), the rooms are nice (might be the best water pressure I've ever had at a hotel), the bar on 2F is really good (super accommodating, even to large groups of loud Americans haha), and the breakfast is amazing (talk about being spoiled for choice), but the guest experience was phenomenal. Not only did they send a technician to my room when I couldn't figure out the lights (hint: put your key card in the slot by the door...) who kindly and patiently showed me what I was doing wrong, but when my stuffed animal was accidentally taken with the laundry, they not only made the effort to locate it, but also got it back before the laundry service usually returns to make sure I had it before check out the next morning. I can't thank the staff enough, and I hope someday I can make it back to stay again!! Definitely recommend!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful when checking in, which made the experience pleasant. And there’s no pool but good use of the lounge and fitness. The breakfast and room conditions also good.
