Perfect!
The customer service provider at this hotel is top notch. Everyone was super accommodating and friendly at any time of day during a very busy tournament weekend. The restaurants have incredible food and service. The proximity to the convention center is perfect. In cold climates there is a semi-underground tunnel to and from the convention center and hotel. The only neutral comment I have is that the rooms in the artisan tower accommodate one person best or perhaps a couple. It is very well appointed but there’s no closet, no clothing drawers and little division from the bathroom amenities. Overall I highly recommend!

Perfect!
The rooms were so nice and also the hotel overall. There was a small incident, but the manager apologized multiple times and took really great care of us! The service is 5+ stars for sure. There were a good variety of food options right in the lobby, very efficient and easy in a rush. The restaurant downstairs, Coquette, had the best oysters and the decor was beautiful. We will be back again!

Perfect!
The room was amazing. We stayed at the Patron Tower which rooms are bigger than Artist tower. The hotel has a great gym, and the lobby are is huge. You can walk from there to downtown in 20 minutes, also bus is available. No problem to get around. The hotel has four restaurants. I tried Coquette (highly recommended) and the Sporting Club, it was good as well.

Great!
Good hotel, especially if you're visiting the convention center. Our room was spacious and clean, and despite the proximity to the airport, plane noise wasn’t an issue. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during our stay, so I can't comment on that. If I visit the convention center again, I’d consider staying here again.

Not bad
Nice hotel but rude night manager. I stayed last night for one night after getting married in Boston and expected more from a 4 star hotel. We self parked in the parking garage and called the hotel(while in the garage) to confirm we purchased the parking package we were told over the phone that we did. We booked though a 3rd party cite that also said parking was free. When being checked in by night manager she was very rude and arrogant. He said that parking was not included for anyone(except if purchased parking pass directly through the Omni website). We tried explaining and also mentioned that we had just called and spoke to someone that said we had purchased the parking package, he’s responds was point the people out who told you this because they are getting fired(what do you even say to that). That made everything uncomfortable. We stepped away and spoke with another person who was very nice and welcoming. She explained how everything worked and took her time to attend us. I’m disappointed in the fact that a manager would treat guest worse than regular staff. The rooms are small but nice, the shower could use some work. Our shower door did not close properly and water drips after closing faucet. Also the toiletries in shower are cheaply assembled. The room does not have proper ventilation when turning on the AC it gets so dry my husband woke up with multiple nosebleeds. The restaurants and regular staff were all very nice and friendly just not the night manager.
