A unique hotel experience! Unlike any “typical” accommodation you have ever had on vacation, perfectly located in the beautiful southern part of the island, very quiet, spacious room with tatami mats, your own terrace with hot bath tub, right in front of Sanbangsan Mountain that changes its appearance constantly depending on the clouds, the fogs and the rays of sunlight that are touching it. One of our most memorable hotel experiences ever!

Room: we got the normal room and it’s already pretty impressive. Big and spacious. It has an outdoor tub ? which we didn’t use as it was raining on the few days when we were staying there. Room is clean and the bathroom is great. Service: they don’t turn down the room like hotel. Just throw the rubbish and top up towels and water. They are also very insistent on the check in time at 4pm though we sense that the room isn’t full, weather is raining and it’s cold and we were still made to wait Location: isn’t fantastic as we got to drive everywhere for food and there isn’t anything around 1km.

What an amazing stay at Harusida in Jeju! It was our first time here in Jeju and we wanted to relax and escape the bustling city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a Japanese ryokan feel. We had a private jacuzzi bath outside of our room with a great view. We arrived at Jeju airport around 4:30pm and arrived to the hotel by 5:40 after getting our luggage (45min taxi ride ~34,000 won). I chose not to rent a car but it’s recommended if you’re with family or want the freedom to drive around to multiple places, otherwise you can just taxi to nearby restaurants. There are some walking distance ~10min walk but we opted to get delivery so we could relax in our room and jacuzzi, which the hotel owners graciously helped us with! Definitely come here if you want to relax with your family or significant other. The location is on the southwest side so it’s close to Osulloc, Hello Kitty Island and other great black pork restaurants that’s around 10-15 mins away by car (or taxi). It’s about 1h45m to the east side of the island so I would stay an extra 1-2 days if you’re planning to do other activities on the east side of the island. 10/10 would come back here again next time I want to come for a peaceful getaway!

Beautiful new hotel in jeju iland.

올레길로 인한 피로를 자꾸지의 뜨거운 물로 풀려고 방문했습니다. 객실과 직원의 친절도는 아주만족합니다. 다만 침구매트가 너무 바스락거려서 움직일때 마다 바스락소리에 잠을 못자고, 윗층에서 가족이 왔는지 소음에 또한번 잠을 못자고, 비가 와서 빗물 받이로 떨어지는 비소리가 너무 시끄러워서 또 잠을 못자고 결국 잠을 못자고 나왔습니다.
